These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MatchSphere mobile apps and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
MatchSphere provides sports data, statistics, news and AI-generated analysis for sports including Football, Basketball and Tennis. The Service is for information and entertainment purposes only.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (and at least 13).
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms.
- Scrape, copy, resell or redistribute data from the Service without permission.
- Interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.
- Misuse AI features, or use outputs to facilitate gambling or any prohibited activity.
- Upload malicious code or infringe the rights of others.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
- Some features are offered through a paid Premium subscription.
- Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Prices are shown before purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your app-store account settings.
- Except where required by law or store policy, payments are non-refundable.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, software, trademarks and original content, is owned by MatchSphere or its licensors and is protected by law. Sports data and news may belong to third-party providers. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.
6. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
Sports data, scores, statistics and AI analysis are provided "as is" and may contain errors, delays or omissions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any content and you should not rely on it for any consequential decision.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MatchSphere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
9. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify or discontinue features, and may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where MatchSphere operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
