What is MatchSphere?
A multi-sport app for live scores, league and team databases, player profiles, news and AI-powered sports analysis — currently covering Football, Basketball and Tennis.
How do I create an account?
Open the app and register with your email, or sign in with Google or Apple. You can also browse some content as a guest.
How do I reset my password?
Use "Forgot Password" on the login screen to receive reset instructions by email. If you signed up with Google or Apple, manage your password through that provider.
How do I manage notifications?
Go to Profile → Notifications in the app to choose alerts for match start, goals, red cards, final scores and news. You can also control notifications in your device settings.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and personal data, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you cannot access the app, email support@matchsphere.one from your registered address and we will process the deletion for you.
How do subscriptions and billing work?
Premium is billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Manage, cancel or request refunds through your app-store account settings. See our Terms for details.
Is the data always accurate?
We work with sports data providers to keep information current, but scores, statistics and AI analysis may occasionally contain delays or errors. They are provided for information only.
Which languages are supported?
MatchSphere supports English and Vietnamese, with more languages planned.
